A lot of old-school growers turn their noses up at autoflowers, but Sweet Seeds changed a lot of minds with Cream Caramel Auto. They took their legendary photoperiod Cream Caramel—a heavy three-way cross of Blue Black, Maple Leaf Indica, and White Rhino—and worked it into a 3rd Generation auto. This isn't some airy, flavorless ruderalis cross. They stabilized it perfectly, keeping the dense structure and ridiculous resin production of the original while getting it to finish automatically in about 8 weeks from sprout.

In the tent, she stays compact and acts like a true Indica. You get a thick main stem and tight internodal spacing, making her ideal for low-ceiling rooms or stealth cabinets. She doesn't need a massive pot to perform, but she loves a stable environment. A lot of guys run a sea of green (SOG) with her, pulling anywhere from 350 to 600 grams per square meter indoors. Just hit her with some light leaf tucking and minimal training, and she will stack solid, cone-shaped nugs all the way down the branches.

The smell is heavy and intoxicating. It throws a thick, earthy humus scent cut with rich, sugary caramel, and you’ll sometimes get weird back-notes of sharp cheese or roasted coffee. The buds dry down incredibly dense and sticky. When you spark it, the smoke is thick and expanding. Expect a classic, devastating body-stone. Sitting right around 15% to 20% THC, it completely shuts off muscle tension and puts you on the fast track to a deep sleep.

Growing Cream Caramel Auto: what to expect

Because Cream Caramel Auto is an autoflower it runs on age, not photoperiod: keep it under 18–20 hours of light from sprout to harvest, start in its final pot, and go easy on training after week 3 — autos never pause to recover. Growers familiar with Cream Caramel or Ruderalis will recognize much of its behavior. Whatever the listing says, the cut in YOUR tent is the ground truth: log feedings, readings, and photos, and let the trends — not the label — drive decisions.
